46 modules fabriqués en usine à partir de panneaux de bois lamellé/croisé (CLT) d’origine locale sont assemblés en site afin de créer un bâtiment multi-logement comportant 20 unités répartis sur 4 étages. Une première au Québec, cet exploit d’ingénierie et d’architecture est en développement avec Nordic Structures et Chantiers Chibougamau.

46 factory fabricated modules built from locally-sourced cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels are assembled on site to create this four-story, 20 unit apartment building. A first in Québec, this unique engineering and architecture feat is being developed with Nordic Structures and Chantiers Chibougamau.
